Eccie.net is the original review site; clients are able to to describe their experiences with providers, and providers are able to post pics and contact info, though providers can not edit the things clients say about them. 

On January 1, 2024, Oklahoma passed a law making reviewing providers a felony; as a result, Eccie deleted the entire Oklahoma page, resulting in the loss of all reviews for OK providers. Because clients were unwilling to give up reviewing providers, Oklahoma clients now post under other states (I do not know which states are currently being used.) Below are screenshots of a review posted about me; it is the only one I was able to find.
